This is our version of a “mini” burger. You know what? It’s not really that mini at all. We call these four bite burgers. Four perfectly balanced and delicious bites. Our four bite burgers feature a mn 80g juicy Swiss beef patty, sliced cheddar cheese, house made pickles, ketchup & mayonnaise on our house made brioche buns.
 
Sold by 15 pieces. We count one or two per person dependent upon the size and variety of your buffet.
 
Delivered ready to finish in the oven in a recyclable aluminum pan. Leave covered with aluminum and bake in the oven at 190° for around 20 minutes
 
These are also available as a part of a warm Pâtachou buffet with the rental of chafing dishes.  If you would like these warm as part of a larger buffet there is an upcharge of 21chf.
