Growing up this was one of my favorite salads. Iceberg lettuce isn't the most nutritious of lettuces but it is crisp, cool and delicious! The classic wedge was a popular salad in steak houses in my youth. There is something so incredibly delicious about the combination of crispy iceberg, smoky bacon, juicy tomatoes and a roquefort dressing.
