For many people the turkey is the traditional dish that is served on their holiday table. At Pâtachou Bakery & Kitchen we want to take the guesswork out of preparing the perfect bird. We start by procurring beautiful and healthy free range, farm fresh birds that are raised less than 15 km from our kitchen. We always get these birds the day after they are "processed" so a fresher bird is essentially impossible. Once we get the turkeys, we brine and marinate them for several days to ensure that you have a flavorful and juicy turkey. The turkey will arrive to your house ready to unwrap and place in the oven. We even have a step by step instruction sheet so that you cannot go wrong!
