Le porc effiloché, c’est un véritable travail d’amour. Cuit lentement à basse température pour obtenir une viande fondante. Nous utilisons un mélange d'épaule et de collet de porc pour un porc effiloché d’une tendreté exceptionnelle. Nous vous servons notre pain brioché maison ainsi qu'une coleslaw maison pour que vous puissiez créer le parfait bun au porc BBQ. Accompagné de patates douces rôties.
Le porc et la coleslaw sont sans gluten et sans lactose. Le pain contient du gluten et du lactose.

Pulled Pork Bun – Our Famous Creation
Pulled pork is a labor of love. Low and slow is the way to go. We use a mix of pork shoulder and pork neck for the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork. We serve it with our house-made brioche bun and coleslaw, so you can build the perfect BBQ pork bun. Served with roasted sweet potatoes.
The pork and coleslaw are gluten and lactose-free. The bun contains gluten and lactose.
