Neither of us hail from the islands of the UK but we are always so happy to offer our yummy version of the quintessential holiday treat, the mince pie. Our filling is vegetarian and filled with dried fruits like currants, raisins and cranberries and mixed with ALL of the holiday spices and some fresh fruit like apples and oranges. They are super yummy and have passed the taste test of all of the finickiest and most traditional of NorthWestern Islanders that we know.

A note here on pricing: we are not trying to compete on price with your favorite grocery store in the UK. We carefully choose our ingredients, make the filling ourselves which slow cooks for hours. Each and every pie shell is hand filled with our buttery pastry ) filled up with our filling and topped with a handcut star. It's a pastry and the cost of goods is quite pricey - so please don't compare these hand made artisanal baked goods with something that is mass produced in a factory. Thanks :-)
