It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature.
Préparation:
Buttery Quiche OR Gluten Free Quiche - if desired, you may reheat the Quiche in the oven at 200° for 6-8 minutes.
Soup - Heat in your preferred method.
Mixed Salad - Dress and enjoy.
Cookies or Fruit Salad - Enjoy!

Préparation:
Chicken & Pumpkin OR Bean & Pumpkin Enchiladas - keep covered in the aluminum foil and warm in the oven at 200° for around 15 minutes or until warm and melty.
Spanish Rice - Reheat in your preferred method.
Mixed Salad- Dress and Enjoy
Pumpkin Muffins or Fruit Salad - enjoy

Chicken & Aubergine Parmigiana - 190° for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and hot
Mixed Salad - Dress and enjoy.
Garlic knots: 190° for 4-6 minutes
Panna Cotta Cake OR Fruit Salad enjoy!

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature.
Préparation:
Greek Turkey Burger OR Veggie Burger - Reheat patties at 190° oven for around 15 minutes or until hot. Top with Tzatziki, tomato, onion and lettuce. Place on warmed bun.
Bun - Open the bun and place on a sheet pan. Heat in a 190° oven for around 5 minutes until a little crispy.
Tzatziki - Enjoy On your burgers.
Orzo Salad - Enjoy
Mixed salad - Dress and Enjoy.
Cookies OR Fruit Salad - just enjoy!
