It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature.
Préparation:
Lemongrass-Coconut Potato Dauphinoise - Delivered in an aluminum pan ready to be baked at 190° for 25 - 30 mins.
Miso Aubergines - Reheat for 10 mins at 190°.
Sesame Slaw - Enjoy!
Tofu Sticks - Reheat at 190° for 15 minutes.
Cookies or Fruit Salad - Enjoy!

It's important to take your meal out of the the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking in order for it to come to an ambient temperature.
Préparation:
Fish Tacos - Fish is delivered raw in taco spices, bake at 210° for 16 - 20 minutes. Once fish is cooked , flake it and pile into warm tortilla , top with slaw and drizzle with sauce.
Veggie tacos - Delivered ready to bake at 210° for 15 - 20 minutes until veg is slightly charred. Pile into warm tortilla , top with slaw and drizzle with sauce.
Tortilla - Keep covered and warm through at 190° for 3-5 minutes.
Mexican Street Corn Salad - Dress and enjoy.
Chips & Salsa - Enjoy
Fruit Mousse OR Fruit Salad - enjoy

Lemon Chicken with Asparagus or Lemon-Sautéed Eggplant, Asparagus, Mushrooms & Tofu - Bake in oven at 200° for 15 - 20 minutes (aubergines for 12 - 15 minutes) until hot!
Spring Quinoa Salad - Enjoy.
Almond Rice - Warm in your preferred method..
Mixed Green Salad - Enjoy
